Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a wrong product
- The product does not match the description on our website
- You wish to return the product within 7 days of delivery
Refund Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order ID and reason for return with photos (if applicable)
- Our team will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, refund will be initiated
Refund Timeline
- UPI/Wallet: 1-3 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund: products with physical damage caused by user, products without original packaging, products used beyond initial testing, and products returned after 7 days.
Exchange
If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we will ship the replacement product free of cost once the original product is picked up.
