Refund Policy – TechyShop

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received a wrong product
• The product does not match the description on our website
• You wish to return the product within 7 days of delivery

Refund Process

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your order ID and reason for return with photos (if applicable)
3. Our team will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions
4. Once we receive and verify the returned product, refund will be initiated

Refund Timeline

• UPI/Wallet: 1-3 business days
• Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
• Net Banking: 5-7 business days
• COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: products with physical damage caused by user, products without original packaging, products used beyond initial testing, and products returned after 7 days.

Exchange

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we will ship the replacement product free of cost once the original product is picked up.
