1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechyShop (operated by SageRoot Management), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on TechyShop are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed. We accept payments via COD, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI. All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Express and same-day delivery options available in select cities at additional cost.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Warranty

All products come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer’s authorized service centers. TechyShop will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TechyShop, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SageRoot Management and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TechyShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
